Cuckoo Vina provides convenient payment methods for customers to choose from during the ordering process.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • The order is confirmed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Customers pay the required amount to the delivery personnel upon receiving the product.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the exterior condition of the package before accepting it.

Note: For certain high-value products, pre-ordered items, or orders with special conditions, Cuckoo Vina may require customers to pay part or all of the order value in advance. This information will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

2. Advance payment via Cuckoo Vina's bank account

This method applies to customers who wish to pay in advance, orders consulted/placed manually, or cases requiring special support.

Step 1: Customers contact Cuckoo Vina through official support channels.

Step 2: After confirming the product, quantity, and delivery address, Cuckoo Vina will provide the company's official payment information.

Step 3: Customers transfer the payment according to the provided instructions and payment content.

Step 4: Once Cuckoo Vina confirms the successful payment, the order status will be updated and moved to the preparation for delivery stage.

Note: Payment confirmation time may depend on the bank's transaction processing time and Cuckoo Vina's reconciliation system.

To protect customers against brand impersonation:

  • Cuckoo Vina does not request customers to transfer money to personal accounts of employees.
  • Customers should only transfer funds to the corporate account information provided through the website and Cuckoo Vina's official channels.
