WARRANTY POLICY

First and foremost, CUCKOO VINA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CUCKOO) would like to express our gratitude to our valued customers for your trust and cooperation over the past time. CUCKOO looks forward to continuing our partnership in the future.

CUCKOO would like to respectfully present our warranty policy, applicable from April 2026, for product lines currently distributed in the Vietnamese market, as follows:

* Note: For CUCKOO-distributed products with labels indicating a 2-year warranty, if the sales invoice for the product is issued from April 2026 onwards, the warranty condition shall be 1 year in accordance with the 2026 warranty policy.

3. Warranty Conditions

Customers will receive free warranty service when the product and components meet the following conditions:

Customers bring the product for warranty to branches of Cuckoo Vina Co., Ltd. or centers authorized by Cuckoo Vina (except for products eligible for in-home warranty as specified in the Product Warranty Repair Location section above).

The product must include the accompanying warranty card, and the machine serial number must match the serial number on the warranty card.

The warranty card must be within the warranty period and contain full information: model, serial number, customer name, purchase date, etc., or documents proving that the product is still within the warranty period.

Applicable products: based on the Product Warranty Period in months from the date of purchase. If the warranty card is lost or invalid, the product is still covered for a period not exceeding the standard Product Warranty Period plus an additional 06 months of storage time from the date of manufacture (the manufacture date is printed on the product).

Accessories sold separately, not included with the product:

Accessories with a warranty card: According to the period specified on the card.

Accessories without a warranty card: 03 months from the date of purchase.

4. Non-Warranty Cases

In cases where the product warranty has expired or damage is caused by insects, water immersion, lightning, or repairs performed by a third party, and is not due to a manufacturer defect, the Warranty & Customer Service Department will charge for repairs based on CUCKOO's listed price list.

For all Cuckoo rice cookers produced, the inner pot and the gasket are not covered under warranty. The primary reason is that Cuckoo rice cookers utilize high-heat technology, and some models include pressure, so any small scratch on the inner pot can lead to the peeling of the non-stick coating. Similarly, for the gasket, the main issue is improper cleaning by the user after use; debris and residue accumulate on the gasket, which can lead to gaps during cooking, causing steam leaks and compromising cooking quality.
